Browsing history

 

Up to 10,000 products that you have searched for in the past and opened the product detail page (individual product page) are saved in the browsing history.

For example, if you have ever searched for a certain product and need the same one at a later date, you can retrieve the target product from browsing history without doing another search. For greater convenience, access browsing history and register frequently used manufacturer part numbers in User Bookmarks.

User Bookmarks

 

This function bookmarks (save as a favorite) frequently ordered products. Price information is updated to the latest in real time. When you want to place an order or quote, confirm product information from user bookmarks and add the product directly to the shopping cart or quotation cart directly.

Manufacturer part numbers for products that you browsed in the past are saved in the browsing history. However, User Bookmarks lets you proceed to order placement or quotation because it displays the latest updated information on prices and shipping dates.

Even if you register many products, the registration-by-category function sorts and saves them into the categories you named. Therefore, you can organize products by categories such as project, development code, or designer.
* Bookmarked products are saved on the screen unless you delete them yourself.

 

 

 

 

Credit account payment (Net 30) * Application required

 

This is a convenient method of payment using account transactions for members who completed the predetermined screening process. Since a payment can be made on a deferred payment basis after receiving a bill issued by Chip One Stop, this method significantly reduces the effort of making payments. Net 30 payment term will be given by the approval. The member must undergo the screening process prescribed by us in advance.

After submitting the application, we will conduct the predetermined screening and inform you of the screening results by e-mail. The screening is completed within one business day, in principle. Once the service is available, “Payment after receipt of bill” is displayed on the payment method selection screen at the time of purchase. Please select this when making the purchase. (Net 30 is selected as the payment method by default).

Bill of Materials (BOM) management function

 

Bills of materials (BOM) are absolutely necessary for all R&D fields. Chip One Stop, which totally supports not only component procurement, but also the design, manufacture, and mounting of boards, also supports BOM management. You can manage BOMs, which are upgraded continuously, procure components in an integrated manner, and share information within the group in combination with the group membership system on the website.




Procurement costs and the delivery time for components can be calculated and managed on a BOM basis, reducing the effort to calculate the cost in the trial manufacture and development stages. Quickly browse the order and quotation histories! Combined with the group membership function, you can centralize the information within the group, enhancing the partnership between the procurement and development departments.
New BOMs can be created and registered in the following four ways:
1. Upload using the format predetermined by Chip One Stop
2. Upload the BOM you already have (CSV file)
3. Search the components and create a bill of materials by using Chip One Stop’s component database
4. Create a bill of materials by selecting the components from the registered bookmark


Using the Bill of Materials enables the following:
- Management of bills of materials (BOM)
- Time-series management such as modification and reuse of registered BOMs and the sharing of information within the group by use of the group membership function
- Confirmation of the procurement cost and delivery time of BOM
- Matching the configuration information of the registered BOM to the stock, price, and delivery time information in our database to clarify procurement cost and delivery time
- Order placement based on a BOM
- Quotations and orders can be made on a BOM basis
- Repetitive procurement based on the BOM
- Repetitive procurement based on the previous order history on a BOM basis


Printing various business forms

 

On this website, you can obtain different business forms, such as the quotation, bill, and receipt data in PDF format at the time of order placement or from the usage history. The available business forms and the time to obtain the forms will differ depending on the order condition.

Quotations

 


If you need a quotation before placing an order for products in stock for the purpose of internal processing, you can obtain the quotation in PDF format before placing an order. ◦ Obtaining a quotation from the search results
You can Request for quotation from the results of the search for products. On the list screen displaying several products as the search results, check the products that apply, enter the quantity in the quantity field, and then click the Quote button. On the product detail page, click the Quote button after entering the quantity. The quotation is displayed in PDF format.
* Please note that shipping costs are calculated on the assumption of a consolidated delivery. And if you do not place an order immediately, please note that the product price may change. Please reconfirm the total amount when determining the order.

◦ Obtaining a quotation from the shopping cart STEP 1
You can Request for quotation at shopping cart STEP 1 (the first page of the shopping cart) after adding a product to the shopping cart. Enter the quantity and click the Quote button.


◦ Among the products included in the quotation, you can Request for quotation for a product in the Quoted state on the quotation details page. Please check the quotation details before using this function.


You can Request for quotation reflecting the terms and conditions added at the time of order placement. To enter this function, log in from order history and click the My History button shown in the upper right section of the page. You will find the Download quotation button in the details screen of the relevant order history.

Download invoice (for payments TT in advance)

 

For all orders, we supply invoice with the goods at the time of shipment.
If you pay in advance (bank transfer) and need invoice before shipment, you can download it on the order completion screen or from the order history.


If you chose TT in advance (bank transfer) as the payment method, Download invoice button is displayed on the order completion screen. Print the bill with print function of the browser.


To enter this function, click the My History button shown on the upper right of the page after logging in. You will find the Download invoice button on the details page of the relevant order history.

Receipt data web display service

 

After completion of payment, you can browse the receipt data on this website. Please make use of this function for internal processing.


If you chose to remit payment by credit card, the Receipt data button is displayed at the time of order completion. Click this button to browse the receipt data.


To enter this function, click the Transaction status button shown on the upper right of the page after logging in. You will find the Receipt data button on the details page of the relevant order history.


The availability of this function and the data display timing will differ depending on the payment method. Please refer to the section below:

Payment in advance (bank transfer)
You can browse the receipt data from order history as soon as we confirm payment, which is generally the next business day after payment.

Credit card
The data can be displayed immediately. The Receipt data button is displayed on the order completion page.
You can also browse the data from order history.


Payment after receipt of the bill (account transaction)
The receipt data display service is not available. If you need a receipt, please include the request in the remarks field at the time of order placement or contact us.
