What kind of products do you handle?

 

With part database of about 7 million items and inventory of more than 1,000,000 items for instant delivery, Chip One Stop meets the various needs of customers promptly for prototype production, development, procurement of a wide variety of products in small quantities, and emergency. Since Chip One Stop has a wide range of product lines, you will be able to find most of what you need for manufacturing from semiconductor and electronic components to control devices, equipment, FA products, and consumables.

What kind of supplier products does Chip One Stop can handle?

 

As a procurement service website, Chip One Stop will source semiconductor and standard electronic components mounted on printed circuit boards from all manufacturers upon customer's request. If you want to search for a product from a particular manufacturer,please proceed from the Search by Manufacturer tab.We offer the specialty store for manufacturer, manufacturer pickup, and manufacturer list.

Can I order even only one piece of any kind of component at minimum?

 

Since the minimum order quantity (MOQ) differs depending on the product, please confirm the search results in each case. If the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is "1" and the Add to shopping cart button is displayed, it means only one unit can be ordered at minimum. The MOQ of the quoted product may differ depending on the inventory status. Please enter the requested quantity as "1" in the quotation cart and request a quotation, and we will inform you of the MOQ in the quotation we provide. (*Quotations are valid for ten days. Please place orders as soon as possible before the expiry date because the price and conditions may change.)

What is the difference between order placement and quotation?

 

Orders are completed immediately on the website. Regarding the quotation flow, we receive quotation requests from members, especially when they have a desired condition, or if we do not have a product in stock, internal sales look for it and provide the quotation and you place an order from the quotation results page on the website. If the Buy button is displayed in the search results, you can proceed directly to order placement without requesting quotation. If you are planning to place an order for a product in stock (=a product displayed with the Buy button) and need the quotation for your corporate approval, please use the quotation issuance function.

Please tell me the flow from order placement to delivery.

 

Search -> Selection of product -> Shopping cart -> Completion of order -> Confirmation of order mail -> (Payment -> Confirmation of payment by Chip One Stop ->) Shipment  -> Shipment notice email -> Delivery. Please confirm products in the search results and click the Buy button to place an order. Specify quantity in the search results or the shopping cart. Please follow instructions displayed on the cart screen, and specify payment method and delivery destination to complete order. Shipment notice will be emailed to you after completion of order placement. If you select TT in advance (bank transfer) as the payment method, we will inform you of bank account information. The product is shipped after we confirm payment. We will ship the product as soon as the product is ready for shipment or on requested ship date. Since shipment notice email including URL for tracking the shipment is sent when we shipped, please check the delivery status. (Confirm tracking number used for delivery on the order history page.) When is an order entered?

 

Orders are entered when we send a notification e-mail on the acceptance of order registration. * We manage to secure the components as soon as the order is entered. However, if by any chance, a problem such as stockout occurs at that point and we may not be able to deliver the ordered products, we will inform you immediately as soon as these kind of accidents happen. If you select TT in advance (bank transfer) as the payment method, the shipment is made after confirmation of payment. Please transfer money to the bank account indicated in the order confirmation email within two business days. Bank fee, 25USD or 3,000JPY will be charged to your payment .

Is a product secured when it is added to the shopping cart?

 

No. Even if you added a product to the shopping cart, the product is not secured until you complete order. If you add a product to the shopping cart after logging in, it will be stayed in the cart for seven days. However, the price and delivery date may change. We recommend that you proceed to order placement as soon as possible if you have added a product to the shopping cart.

Can I change order details?

 

If the product has not yet been shipped and you selected payment by credit account (Net30) as payment method, you can change the order details. You can split delivery, change the delivery time and designate a consolidated shipment for multiple orders. Please change these items on the order history page. * To use the payment after receipt of bill (transaction in account), you need to apply for it in advance.Please refer to here for details. If you designate other payment methods, you cannot make a change on the website. In an emergency, please contact our customer support (+81-45-470-8771) (Operating hours: From 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Japan time on our business days) .

Can I consolidate separately ordered lines into one shipment?

 

If the product has not yet been shipped and you selected credit account (Net 30) as payment method, you can change the order details. You can split delivery, change the delivery time and designate a consolidated shipment for multiple orders. Please change these items on the order history page. * To use credit account (Net 30), you need to apply for it in advance.Please refer here for details. Can I cancel an order?

 

If you register an order on the website, the order will be entered when we send the notification e-mail about the order acceptance of order. Please be forewarned that orders cannot be cancelled after the entry.

I need a quotation before order placement. Can I get it?

 

Yes, you can request a quotation on the website. Not only when you requested the quotation but also when you are going to order a product in stock (=a product with the "Buy" button) and you need the quotation for your corporate approval, you can download quotation on the search result or shopping cart page. For details on the download quotation function, please refer to here.

Can I get invoice?

 

For all orders, we provide invoice by supplying it with the product at the time of shipment. If you use TT in advance (bank transfer) and need invoice before shipment, you can download it on the order completion screen or on the order history page. If you select TT in advance (bank transfer) as the payment method, the Download invoice button is displayed on the order completion screen. Please print it out using the printing function of the browser. Please enter from the My History button displayed in the upper right of the page after logging in. You will find the Download invoice button in the relevant order details.

Can I get receipts?

 

Confirm the receipt data on the website after completion of payment. Please utilize it for internal processing.

At the time of order completion

The Receipt data button is displayed at the time of order completion if you select credit card as the payment method. Please click the button to confirm the receipt data.

In the order history

Please enter from the Transaction status link displayed on the upper right of the page or from the order history section on My Page after logging in. If you select credit card as the payment method, the Receipt data button is displayed in the history detail screen. Regarding receipts, please understand the following depending on the payment method: Payment in advance (bank transfer) --- Please use the payment slip (account statement) issued at the time of transfer at bankCredit card --- Please use the account statement issued by a credit card company.
