Search -> Selection of product -> Quotation cart -> Quotation request -> Quotation quoted -> Order placement based on the provided quotation -> Confirmation of order completion mail -> (Payment -> Confirmation of payment by us ->) Shipment -> Shipping notice email -> Delivery Please confirm the product in the search results and click the Add to quotation cart button if you want to request a quotation. Specify the quantity in the search results and quotation cart. Please follow the instructions displayed on the cart page to request the quotation. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after completion of the quotation request. We will reply to you within one or two business days by e-mail. Please place orders on the RFQ history page if you agree with the quotation details. * Quotations are valid for ten days. Please note that you cannot place orders if the quotation has expired. * Since the products are not yet secured at the time of quotation, we may not be able to deliver the products according to the conditions described in the quotation even before the expiry date, such as when the inventory status has changed. What kind of products do you handle?

 

With a product database of about 7 million items and an inventory of more than 1,000,000 items for instant delivery, Chip One Stop meets the various needs of customers promptly at the time of prototype production, development, procurement of a wide variety of products in small quantities, and an emergency. Since Chip One Stop has a wide range of product lines, you will be able to find most of what you need for manufacturing from semiconductor and electronic components to control devices, equipment, FA products, and consumables.

What kind of manufacturers are you associated with?

 

As a procurement service website, Chip One Stop can arrange to obtain semiconductor and standard electronic components mounted on printed circuit boards from all manufacturers at the customer’s request. If you want to search for a product from a particular manufacturer,please proceed from the Search by Manufacturer tab.We offer the specialty store for a manufacturer, manufacturer pickup, and manufacturer list.

What is the difference between order placement and quotation?

 

Orders are completed immediately on the website. Regarding the quotation flow, we receive quotation requests from members, especially when they have any desired condition, or if we do not have a product in stock, our traders look for it and provide the quotation and you place an order from the quotation results page on the website. If the Buy button is displayed in the search results, you can proceed directly to order placement without requesting a quotation. If you are planning to place an order for a product in stock (=a product with the Buy button) and need the quotation for internal processing,please use the quotation issuance function.

What do I need to do to quote the product that I cannot find as a result of a search?

 

When you cannot find the product you want, you may be able to find it by checking the input strings. If the character strings are too long, put a space between the words, shorten the character strings, delete the end of the part number, and search again or try different character strings if the manufacturer has several popular names. If there are no hits as a result of the search, request a quotation directly using the input strings (manufacturer part number). After checking the input strings, please specify the manufacturer (if unknown, please select other manufacturer) and request a quotation on the quoting cart page. We will provide the quotation within one or two business days.

How soon can I receive the quotation?

 

We will inform you of the quotation results within one or two business days by e-mail depending on the inventory status.

I want the quotations for multiple products. Is there any way to request a quotation for them all at once?

 

The multiple part number search function enables searches for multiple products at the same time. Please refer here for details. And if you want to search for the part numbers described in the Bill of Materials (BOM), the BOM manager will support you. Please refer here for details.

Can I change details of a quotation request that I have already made?

 

We are sorry but please make another quotation request. Please note that the quotation is valid for ten days. If you no longer need the quotation before receiving it, you can cancel the quotation. Since the Cancel RFQ is displayed on the RFQ history page that can be cancelled, please click to cancel.

Can Chip One Stop shorten the shipping date described in the provided quotation?

 

Since the shipping date we gave on this website is the shortest one, we cannot move it up any more. However, the ship date can be changed up to five business days later than indicated. Please make the selection on the order screen. If you get quote of multiple products with different expected shipping dates, postpone the ship date to the latest one at the time of order placement to ship all products at the same time. (We can also make a partial delivery for the products that can be shipped earlier.) If you have any other requests, please include them in the Remarks field on the quotation cart page.

What should I do if I find a similar part number in the search result but the manufacturer name is different?

 

With a similar part number, please proceed directly to the quotation cart and write the information in the Remarks field. We will normally reply within one or two business days.

Does Chip One Stop quote with conditions partially different from request?

 

Although we always try to provide a quotation, we may refrain from providing the quotation if the conditions are apparently different. If you need the quotation even when the conditions do not meet your requirements, please take a moment to tell us in the Remarks field in the quotation request.

I received a reply from you that you cannot quote.

 

We may reply "The product you want was not found in our inventory" or "The product that meets your requested delivery date (shipping date) was not found", if the product is obsolete, not in our inventory, or the product you want does not match our database, we cannot obtain the product, or the product that meets your requested ship date or quantity was not found. Even in such cases, however, the product may be found if you change the conditions. Please contact our person in charge.

Is there an expiry date for quotations?

 

Quotations are valid for ten days from the date from the provided quotation. However, since the products are not yet secured at the time of quotation, we may not be able to deliver the products according to the conditions described in the quotation even before the expiry date such as when the inventory status has changed. In such cases, Chip One Stop will inform you immediately.

Can I get a quotation?

 

You can display a quotation on the website and print it out directly. After we provide the quotation in reply to your quotation request, please open the quotation detail page from the "Details" button displayed as Quoted status. You will find the "Download quotation" there. Please confirm the details and print the quotation out using the printing function of the browser.

Can I request quote based on the details that I quoted in the past?

 

Yes, you can. If select the quotation details on the quotation history page and click the RFQ again button displayed at the top and bottom of the list, the quotation detail list is newly added to the quotation cart with the same conditions. Please modify the details if necessary and request the quotation as you normally would when requesting a quotation.
