Can you make a shipment on the same day even if I choose the payment in advance?

 

We will ship after confirmation of payment regardless of the expected shipping date shown in search results. If you are in a hurry, please consider other payment methods where payment will be made as soon as possible (Credit card, Credit account [account transaction] * Application required in
advance).

Can I specify the delivery date?

 

On the order screen, you can specify up to a date five business days later of the scheduled ship date
if you placed an order directly or whithin five business days later of the expected shipping date provided in the quotation
if you requested a quotation. If you have any other requests, please include them in the Remarks field at the time of
order placement.

Can you deliver a product to the address that is different from the registered member address?

 

Yes you can. For the delivery destination, choose from either the registered web member address (the address of the company that is registered as a member), preliminary registered shipping address, or address input manually in the shopping cart. If you want the product delivered to an address that is different from the registered one, please select Enter
the delivery destination from the delivery destination list at the time of order registration and enter it manually.
Since the information you entered can be newly registered as a shipping address, registering the address you frequently use enables you to save the effort of input manually it again in future. In addition, you can change and
confirm the shipping address information from My Page. For details on the My Page function, please refer here.

Can I register shipping address that I frequently use?

 

Yes, you can specify a new shipping address at the time of order placement or can edit, confirm, and register it on the Edit shipping address information page of My Page.

How to register at the time of order placement: When selecting the shipping address, please select Enter the shipping address from the shipping address list, enter it manually and press the "Add to shipping address list" button 
for registration. You can save the effort of entering it in future. 

How to register on My Page: After logging in, please enter from My Page displayed on the upper right of the Home page or in the list of services for members on the right. You can register on the Edit shipping address 
information page.

Can I change the delivery destination after the order is registered?

 

If the product has not yet shipped and you selected Net 30 (account transaction) as the payment method, you can change the order details. You can not only change the delivery destination but also split
delivery, change the delivery time, and designate a consolidated delivery for multiple orders. Please change these
items on the order history page.
* To use Net 30 (account transaction), you need to apply for it in advance.
Please refer here for details. If you designate other payment methods, you cannot make a change on the website.

Among the products ordered in one order, can you make a separate shipment to ship the products
that are available first?

 

If you order multiple products and the shipping date differs depending on the product, we can make a separate shipment 
to ship the products with an earlier shipping date first (partial shipment). However, it requires a shipping charge for each 
shipping. You can also select consolidated shipping where all products are shipped on the latest ship date. 
Please select either consolidated or partial shipping at the time of order placement. For details on the shipping,
please refer to the usage guide.

Can I change the shipping method of the order from partial to consolidated shipping after order entry?

the payment method, you can change the order details. You can not only change shipping address but also split
delivery, change the delivery time, and designate a consolidated shipment for multiple orders. Please change these
