Return and Replacement


Can I return or replace the products?

 

If  there is something wrong with the product we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the
product only when all of the below conditions from (1) to (3) are fulfilled:
(1) There are any problems with the product we delivered, such as a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items,
and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems.
(2) We are informed of the defect described in (1) above within five days after delivery of product.
(3) The product is unused and only in the original unpacked packaging.
* Acceptance of the return or replacement of the product is at our discretion.

Please tell me about the quality guarantee and return of excess stock from the open market.

 

Although the products handled on this website are basically purchased from the manufacturers or authorized agents,
we may procure excess stock from the open market upon customer's request. For the products that we may look for in the open market, we display the message "This product may be looked for in the open market" on the search results screen. If we procure excess after a search, we will let you know in our quotes. Regarding the excess stock from the open market, we will accept the return or replacement only when the following requirements are met.

Products return is accepted only when Chip One Stop are informed within five days after delivery as well as in either of the following cases:
1) If any defect was found in the product we delivered
2) If the product we delivered is different from the one you ordered
Guarantee shall be either of the following, and Chip One Stop shall not be liable for any amount excess the sales price of the product.
1) Replacement (when in stock)
2) Refund (when not in stock)
We cannot perform a failure test analysis, ingredient research related to the RoHS directive, and environmental
research.
