History and Bookmark


Where can I browse Order/RFQ history and records?

 

You can browse the My History (Order history and RFQ history) from the My History displayed on
the upper right of the page after logging in. Each history can also be browsed from the Order History and
RFQ History in the History menu on My Page.
You can narrow the histories down by order date and status, etc...

What can I do on the RFQ history page?

 

On the RFQ history page, you can browse the histories of all quotations that you requested. You can also narrow
them down by quotation number, quotation request date and status.

Where can I confirm the provided quotations?

 

You can confirm the provided quotations on the RFQ History page. Please enter from the My History link
displayed on the upper right of the page or from the Quotation on My Page after logging in.
* On the Quotation page of the My Page, available quotations are sorted and displayed. If you want to browse other status, change the type of status using the Search by Status pull-down menu of the narrowing down function on the top to display the status again. 

Can I change the details of RFQ after request?

 

No, you can't.
Please take a moment to request the quotation again. And please note that only the quotation requests that are in the
Quotation requested state can be cancelled. Please click the Cancel a quotation link displayed in the status field of the
quotation history list.

Can I cancel a quotation request?

 

Yes, but you can cancel only the quotation request that is in the Quotation requested state before the quotation is
provided. Please click the Cancel RFQ displayed in the status field of the quotation history list.

So many quotation histories are displayed and it's hard to browse.

 

To browse only the information that meets your desired conditions, please utilize the narrowing-down menu at the top of the history page. Display the information in accordance with the conditions such as status or quotation request date.
You can also delete the past history that you do not need any more. To delete it, please open each detail page and click the Delete button. If you want to delete multiple histories all at once, you can delete them in the list. Please select the
appropriate checkboxes and click the Delete button.
* Although the history of the cancelled quotation can be displayed by selecting the Quotation cancelled status, the
deleted histories cannot be browsed on the website. Please confirm before deleting them.

Can I get quotations?

 

Yes, you can issue quotations on the website. The pages you can issue are as follows:
RFQ history --- The quotation histories that are in the following state can be issued.
- Quotation Quoted
- Quotation Ordered
Order history --- You can issue all order histories in any state.

You can also create a quotation for the products that are not yet ordered.

I received a quotation of excess stock from the open market.

 

Although the products handled on this website are basically purchased from the manufacturers or its authorized agents, we may provide a quotation of excess stock from the open market depending upon customer's request. In such cases, we will let you know in quote email. 

What can I do on the order history page?

 

On the order history page, you can browse all order histories. And you can also narrow them down by order number,
order date and status.

Can I change the order details?

 

Yes, you can change the order details on the order history page only if the below conditions are met.
You can also change the shippiin of products and set consolidated or split delivery for each order details list.
1. If Net 30 (account transaction) is selected as the payment method for the order.
2. If the order is marked as the order that is not yet shipped in the order history
(status: "Entered" and "Pending shipment")

About the change of the shipping address of products
Even if you selected other payment methods than the Net 30 (account transaction), you may be able to change the shipping address of the order as long as the shipment is not yet made. Please contact us indicating the order number and changed shipping address clearly.

Can I get quotations after order placement?

 

Yes, you can download quotations on the website. Please select the relevant order on the order history page and click the
Download quotation button to display the quotation in PDF format. Please print it out for your use.

Can I get invoice I place an order by TT in advance (bank transfer)?

 

Yes, you can download invoice on the order completion screen. You can also download it on order history page. Please enter the details screen of the relevant order and click the Download invoice button.



What's browsing history?

 

The browsing history is the page where up to 10,000 products that you searched for and opened the product detail page
for in the past are saved. Referring to the browsing history significantly reduces the effort of conducting a search again.
For example, if you searched for a product but did not place an order for it in the past, you can get to the product you
want easily by conducting a search again in the browsing history without conducting a search by manufacturer's part
number again from the beginning when you need to procure it in the future.
Clicking the manufacturer's part number displayed in the browsing history executes a search by the part number and
displays the latest price and stock information. Please confirm such information and proceed to order placement and
quotation request.The browsing history saves only the manufacturer's part number you currently browsed. It would be
more convenient to register the manufacturer's part number that you frequently use with the User Bookmarks.

Please tell me how to use user bookmarks.

 

User bookmarks is a function that bookmarks (save as favorites) the product you frequently order on a manufacturer's part
number basis. You can save the products on various pages such as the search results, shopping cart, quotation cart,
transaction history, and browsing history pages, etc. where the Add to the bookmark button is displayed.
When you view the user bookmarks page, the latest price and stock information at the time are displayed. Since you do
not need to execute a search again, you can add the products directly to the shopping cart as well as quotation cart and
you can reduce time required for the procurement.

The browsing history is convenient when you search for the product you recently browsed again.
On the other hand, the user bookmarks is convenient in the following respects:
 - You can proceed directly to order placement and quotation request without clicking the manufacturer's part number
to execute a search again and update the latest price and ship date information.
 - No matter how long time goes by and how many number of products increases, the product you have ever searched for is saved unless you delete it.

In addition, the registration-by-category function enables to save the products classified by category like a sorting into
folders. Even if a lot of registered manufacturer's part number and multiple transactions are mixed, you can sort them by
category or transaction to save them (I need a capture here).
