Quality guarantee

In the search results, if a product is in stock and is the manufactured original product, it is marked "Manufactured original product.”
Manufactured original products are purchased from the manufacturer directly or an exclusive agent.
Regarding the warranty, as long as the manufacturer of the relevant product offers a quality guarantee, the product is warranted only within the range of the warranty provided by the relevant manufacturer. Please refer to the terms of use for details.



Quality guarantee range
Although the content and time period of the quality guarantee for the product offered on this website are limited within the range of the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the relevant product, the amount of guarantee shall be up to the sales price of the relevant product on this website.
Products out of quality guarantee
The following cases are not included in the warranty: (1) If a member resold the product to third parties,
(2) In the case of failure or damage due to carelessness or improper handling,
(3) In the case of failure or damage due to the use in combination with another product, or
(4) In the case of natural disaster, fire, environmental disruption, abnormal voltage, use of the another power supply (Voltage and frequency) than the one we designate, and a defect or damage due to the external factor.

About the warranty range for excess stock from the open market
Return of product is accepted only when Chip One Stop are informed of it within five days after delivery as well as in either of the following cases:
1) If any defect was found in the product we delivered
2) If the product we delivered is different from the one you ordered

Guarantee shall be either of the followings and Chip One Stop shall not be liable for any amount excess the sales price of the relevant product.
1) Replacement (If we have in stock)
2) Refund (If we do not have in stock)

We cannot accept any failure test analysis, ingredient research related to the RoHS directive and environmental research.

About cancellation, return and replacement

Cancellation
Once the order is determined, you cannot change the order details or cancel the order. Please confirm carefully before placing orders.

Return and replacement policies
If there is something wrong with the product we delivered, we will accept a replacement or return of the product only when all of the conditions from (1) to (3) are met:
(1) There is a problem with the product we delivered such as the deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong item, and apparent external defect (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such error.
(2) We are informed of the defect described in the above (1) within eight days after delivery of the product.
(3) The product is unused.
* Whether or not to accept the return or replacement of the product is at our discretion.

About the return of excess stock from the open market
Return of product is accepted only when Chip One Stop is informed within five days after delivery as well as in either of the following cases:
1) If any defect was found in the product we delivered
2) If the product we delivered is different from the one you ordered
Guarantee shall be either of the following, and Chip One Stop shall not be liable for any amount excess the price of the product.

How to return or replace products
Please contact us in advance to obtain the return merchandize authorization (RMA).
We will advise the customer who contacted our customer support personnel on how to send the product and the delivery address. Although we are responsible for the shipping charge, we will not pay it if the product is not sent by the method we specify.





Excess stock from the open market

Excess stock is the parts purchased from non franchised sources. Excess stock is not protected by manufacturer quality assurance program.
