Electronic speed controller capable of sensorless field-oriented control FOC algorithm
FOC algorithm offers the following features:This complete electronic speed controller solution especially targets power tools applications with nominal operating range up to 26 V DC Designed for with up to 6S LiPo battery pack with air forced cooling or power switches and shunts. It implements a full 3-phase motor drive solution capable of both sensor and sensorless field-oriented control FOC algorithm. Sensing is based either on current monitoring via shunt resistors, or Back Electromotive Force readout using MCU integrated opamps.
The STL180N6F7 STリpFET Power MOSFET and L6398E gate driver form the high current power platform to driver the BLDC motor. The digital section based on the STM32G431CB performs sophisticated and smart control algorithm based on Field Oriented Control FOC.
