2024/10/01	PCN (Product Change Notice)	North American customers only: Alert - We have discovered that some models of~the resin filter kit products we sold did not meet the specification.Filters~used in some models of our resin filter kit products were found to have used a~material that does not meet the flame retardancy specification of the products.
2024/11/12	PCN (Product Change Notice)	North American customers only:Alert - Sanyo Denki is addressing a~non-conformity in Resin Filter Kits. Distributors should report current stock~for replacement (no credit memo needed), notify affected customers, and inform~Sanyo Denki of additional quantities by January 31, 2025. No returns are~required; discard old stock responsibly. Replacement units will be shipped~promptly.
