2020/04/16	PCN（产品规格变更通知）	A new core material for carrier tapes for the packages SOT89 and SOT223 will be introduced as second source: Polycarbonate (PC) instead of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). The cover tape material will remain unchanged. The new core material does not impact the handling of the carrier tape nor the peel off force/behavior of the cover tape. The pick and place behavior will not change. The visual appearance, dimension and electrical performance of the packed devices are not influenced by this change.

Reel Processing
