These products may have been shipped to countries that have ratified and implemented the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants which lists HBCDD as a banned substance for manufacture or import.
2022/02/18	PCN(Product Change Notice)	Stop Shipment Notification ? Soldersleeve products that contain AS22759 /32 and /41 wires. TE Connectivity (TE) is notifying you of stop shipment status effective from September 14th, 2021, for all Soldersleeve products that contain AS22759 /32 and /41 wires from Tijuana, MX plant. Description of Non-conformity Soldersleeve Products supplied with a ground wire as part of the sub-assembly are currently impacted by a Quality Alert/NOE - Stop Shipment Notification for AS22759 Non-compliance. These Soldersleeve products identified in the parts list attached contain either AS22759 /32 and /41 wires.
2022/11/17	PCN(Product Change Notice)	NAVAIR (QA) on 11/17/2022, notified TE Connectivity (TE) of successful qualification to SAE AS83519/1, /3 & /5. TE Connectivity will recommence production and shipment of these affected products with immediate effect. All product in the field and customer inventory is now qualified and should be “used as is”.
2023/10/10	PCN(Product Change Notice)	---Quality Alert / NOSP-23-023 / Notice of Suspect Product / Stop Shipment Notification--- We regret to send you this notice of a suspected escapement on the Shield Terminators Devices under MIL-SPEC SAE AS83519/2 as well as Crimp Splices under MIL-SPEC SAE AS81824/1 and AS81824/6, covering the TE part number families listed below. See Appendix A for a complete list of impacted part numbers. TE Part Number Families M83519/2-1 through -20 S02-XX-R (-01 through -20) M81824/1-1 through -3 D-436-XX (36 thru 38) M81824/6-1 through -3 D-436-XX (82 thru 84) There is the possibility that all supplied Shield Terminators supplied from March 15, 2019 to July 2023 and Crimp Splice Devices supplied from February 20, 2014 to July 2023 are non-conformant. Further investigation into the scope of this escape is underway, and the date range may be reduced once testing is complete.

We regret to send this Notice of Escape (NOE) on Multigig Daughtercard connectors. Description of Non-Compliance: Through customer notification, we have identified that gold plating on the Printed Circuit Boards internal to the Daughtercard connectors may flake when adhesion testing (i.e., tape testing per IPC 6012E) is performed.
