As demand grows for more lighting and sensor functionality in vehicles, designers need compact, rugged and versatile interconnects that fit more connections into less space. The MX64 and Mini50 Sealed Connector Systems offer miniaturized solutions ideal for harsh environments, whether in automotive or non-automotive systems. 

  

Both MX64 and Mini50 connectors are available as cable, or wiring side, solutions, designed to mate with interfaces molded into the sensor or lighting assembly. This saves space and facilitates one-handed assembly.  

  

The Mini50 system uses 0.50mm terminals and carries up to 4.0A of current, supporting compact sensors for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) applications. The MX64 system uses 0.64mm terminals to provide up to 10.0A of current, offering secure connectivity for high-current sensors and LED lighting. Both connector designs are validated to stringent standards for reliability in high-shock and high-vibration environments. 

  

In non-automotive applications, the MX64 and Mini50 sealed systems are ideal for a wide range of applications subject to harsh conditions, from joystick controllers in construction equipment to LED arrays and sensor systems in agricultural equipment.
