The subfix will be corrected to “DS” representing “drain source” and the voltage value will be corrected to “30V”. Correction of typing error in datasheet of 2N7002BK, 2N7002BKS, 2N7002BKW: In table 7 (section 7. Characteristics), the correct test condition for switching times is “VDS=50V”, while it currently falsely reads “VDD=50V”. The subfix will be corrected to “DS” representing “drain source“. The updated datasheets will be published on the webpage on 17th October 2024. Impact: No impact to the product's functionality anticipated
