2021/06/01		PCN(Product Change Notice)	Currently Vishay India performs a two-step metal spraying process in the production of Film Capacitors. The first step uses an arc (electrically melting of metal) process where the second step, depending on part number, uses either an arc or gas, to melt and deposit the metal. In order to create flexibility due to the limited availability of oxygen used in the gas process, Vishay intends to use the arc process for the second layer for all parts until the oxygen supply returns to normal.
