ROHM offers a wide range of solutions for the emerging Machine Health Monitoring sector, including accelerometers with built-in signal conditioning function that reduces MCU load. The KX132-1211 and KX134-134 are the industry’s first to incorporate Advanced Data Path (ADP) technology that combines user-customizable frequency filters with a root mean square calculator to output acceleration amplitude data within a desire bandwidth. This allows the system and/or internal engines to use filtered data without placing a burden on the host controller, improving efficiency while reducing overall power consumption.
