New Flat Chip Resistors HSG73P series - High temperature Resistance up to 200 deg. C

KOA has released new flat chip resistors HSG73P series with max. operating temperature up to 200℃.

HSG73P series applies Au plating, which enables mounting by conductive adhesive .

The produt offers four-size lineup from 0402 inch to 1206 inch, with high power rating and excellent pulse resistant charateristics,

HSG73P series is suitable for the applications used under high temperature environment as below.

Application examples

Automotives：Power Control Unit, sensors around the engines, Mechatronical integration of motor drive unit, etc.

Industrial equipment: Devices operated under high temperature(power supplies, measuring equipment), peripherals of power devices, excavators etc.
