2020/12/17 PCN (제품 변경 통지) This communication is to alert you regarding TE Product labels showing incorrect Date Codes on product
shipped to you as shown in the attached Certificate of Conformance.
Affected material was produced in October and November of 2020.
Due to a system disruption, the date code was automatically populated showing the incorrect year (format YYWWD).

Please note that this incident does not affect the traceability of the product.
TE production labels still contain the correct Factory Order, License Tag number and Reel or Box number.

Problem Description:
TE manufacturing investigation detected an incorrect date code printed on the Product labels,
this production was confirmed from the last two months of this year (October and November 2020).
The incident was identified in certain products.
