New Mold Compound Qualification, New Die Source (AZ431L) for Optically Isolated Error Amplifier and Alternate Die Supply for Zero Crossing Triac

Description and Purpose:
1. To introduce new epoxy mold compound (EMC) suppliers to replace the existing epoxy mold compound from Supplier K:
2. To introduce a new die source for AZ431L- programmable shunt regulator for FOD271x series Not all the affected part numbers listed in the PCN are affected by this change.
3. To introduce a new die source for Zero Crossing Triac. Not all the affected part numbers listed in the PCN are affected by this change.

Reason for change:
The qualification of the new epoxy mold compound and alternate die source ensures continuity of supply. There are no changes in the datasheet specifications as a result of this change.
Product incorporating the changes will be ship interchangeably with existing unchanged products.
