2021/07/01 PCN (제품 변경 통지) To support BCP (Business Continuity Program), Vishay Diodes Division is introducing an additional in-house
back-end manufacturing site for Commercial Grade TRANSZORBR TVS and Zener products in SMA package
(Case Outline: DO-214AC).
This new Vishay General Semiconductor assembly site is located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. There is no
change in form, fit and function on all involved part numbers.

DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE:
In addition to the existing in-house TVS wafer source,

from a supplier in China for commercial grade unidirectional TRANSZORB TVS products in SMA, SMB
and SMC packages.
