Module date codes have been migrated from their current 5-digit date code to a 6-digit date code format. The date-code format will be updated on the individual module laser marking, the individual unit labeling, and the shipping documentation. Six-digit (6-digit) date code will follow the following format: HAYYWW, where the first two characters (HA) are internal identifiers, YY (the third and fourth characters) represent the year, and WW (the fifth and sixth characters) represent the week. |

Manufacturing of Power Modules on 200-mm Wafers at the Mohawk Valley Fabrication (MVF) Facility
Description of the Change Wolfspeed’s silicon carbide (SiC) power modules are currently manufactured on 150-mm wafers at Wolfspeed’s fabrication facilities in RTP and Durham, North Carolina, USA. To increase its production capacity, Wolfspeed will utilize its state-of-the art 200-mm wafer Mohawk Valley Fabrication (MVF) facility in New York.
