2024/10/16	PCN(Product Change Notice)	Supplier Notice No.:CN-202409026I Title: Correction of typing error in datasheet Description: Correction of typing error in datasheet of 2N7002BK, 2N7002BKS, 2N7002BKV, 2N7002BKW, 2N7002BKMA: Under figure 14 (Gate-source voltage as a function of gate charge; typical values) the correct test condition for the gate charge measurement is “VDS=30V”, while it currently falsely reads “VDD=6V”. The subfix will be corrected to “DS” representing “drain source” and the voltage value will be corrected to “30V”. Correction of typing error in datasheet of 2N7002BK, 2N7002BKS, 2N7002BKW: In table 7 (section 7. Characteristics), the correct test condition for switching times is “VDS=50V”, while it currently falsely reads “VDD=50V”. The subfix will be corrected to “DS” representing “drain source“. The updated datasheets will be published on the webpage on 17th October 2024. Impact: No impact to the product's functionality anticipated
