2021/11/07	PCN(Product Change Notice)	Datasheet Correction PESD1FLEX The datasheet of PESD1FLEX has been updated to correct a typo in the datasheet The datasheet was edited to reflect the correct measurement conditions for Cd (diode capacitance). The correct conditions are f=1MHz, VR=0V. The currently published measurement conditions are f=5MHz, VR=0V. The datasheet design was updated to the latest Nexperia layout rules. No impact to the product's functionality anticipated A new datasheet will be issued Effective date: 07 Nov 2021
2024/01/07	PCN(Product Change Notice)	Introduction of new carrier tape material in SOT23 A new surface material for carrier tapes for the package SOT23 will be introduced as second source: Polystyrene (PS) in addition to Polycarbonate (PC). The cover tape material will remain unchanged. Since there are many applicable products, this notification is divided into individual notifications.
