It is a package equivalent to SOT23, TO236 MOD of JEDEC code. Each supplier has its own name for this package. For example, it is called as Mini Mold (Ex-NEC Electronics), S-MIN (I Toshiba), and TSM (Toshiba) depending on supplier. |

It is widely used as a package for the voltage regulator. SC63 is sometimes represented as PW-Mold (Toshiba), DPAK(S)/MP-3 (Renesas Technology) depending on the supplier. |
