New RA0 series Arm® Cortex®-M23 MCUs deliver ultra-low power consumption and cost-effective general purpose solutions. The RA0E1 group devices simplify the design cycle for cost-sensitive applications with a wide operating voltage 1.6V to 5.5V and integrated timers, serial communications, analog and safety functions plus HMI functionality. These low-cost MCUs are ideal for battery-powered consumer electronics, small appliances, industrial system control and building automation applications.

Key RA0E1 features include:

• 32 MHz Arm Cortex-M23 processor
• 84.3μA / MHz active current, 0.82 mA sleep mode, 0.2 µA software standby mode
• Fast wake-up high-speed on-chip oscillator (HOCO)
• Up to 64KB Flash and 12KB SRAM, 1KB data flash memory
• Wide temperature range -40°C to 105°C
• 16-, 20-, 24- and 32-pin package options
