RA8T1 is the third release in the industry-leading RA8 series of Arm® Cortex®-M85 MCUs, and delivers optimized features for motor control and inverter applications, along with unprecedented performance and leading-edge security. The 480MHz RA8T1 MCUs drive real-time control of motors, power supplies, inverters, and other devices in industrial and building automation, as well as smart homes.
