R1800K series is a power-storing buck DC/DC converter for a photovoltaic and vibration energy harvester. A low operating quiescent current of 144nA allows a harvester to be used under a low-illumination environment, and it is suitable for an equipment with low power supplied from a harvester.
In addition, it has reverse current protection to maintain an electronic charge of the output side when the light is cut off. High efficiency (90%) is realized at light load by VFM control. It has an output voltage of 2.0V~4.5V, an output voltage accuracy of ± 3%, and an output current of 1mA. A control function that enables a maximum power optimizes a power supply from an energy harvester. Select the ideal combination of the set output voltage and the set maximum power voltage from the code number.

The RP506K series is a low supply current CMOS-based stepdown DC/DC converter with synchronous rectifier featuring 2A output current, a power controlling method that can be selected from forced PWM control type or PWM/VFM auto-switching control type by inputting by inputting a signal to the MODE pin, and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Oscillator frequency can be selected from 1.2MHz or 2.25MHz. Output voltage type can be selected, for an IC internally fixed output voltage type A/B/(D/E) between 0.8V (0.6V) and 3.3V, and between 0.8V (0.6V) and 4.0V with an externally adjustable output voltage type C/(F). The RP402K series are a CMOS-based PWM/VFM step-up DC/DC converter. There is a version that provides the forced PWM control and the PWM/VFM auto switching control that automatically switches to VFM mode at light load to achieve high efficiency which can be selected by inputting a signal to the MODE pin, and a version that provides a forced PWM control. There is an internally fixed output voltage type that allows you to select between 1.8V and 5.5V in increments of 0.1V, or an adjustable output voltage type that can be set using an external divider resistor. You can select whether to have a latch protection circuit. You can select between a version that completely cuts input and output when CD = “L” and a version which bypasses input and output. The R1523x series is a voltage regulator with a maximum input voltage of 36V that can output 200mA of CMOS.
It has been improved with a supply current of 2.2μA compared to the 9μA of the conventional “R1514x (low consumption regulator with a maximum input voltage of 36V 150mA)”, while having lower current consumption, it has about 5 times the input transient response and about 2.5 time the load transient response.
The output voltage is internally fixed in the IC, is has an operating temperature range of -40°C ~105℃, and a thermal shutdown circuit built in (shuts down at 160℃).
