2024/02/10	PCN(Product Change Notice)	Supplier Notice No.:PCN-2631 REV 2 Title: Transfer of Wafer Manufacturing Site for Select Discrete Products DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE This PCN is being issued to notify customers that in order to assure continuity of supply, Diodes Incorporated has qualified Diodes internal wafer fabrication source WX1 in WuXi, China as a new wafer source. Affected products will be transferred from Diodes internal wafer fabrication source SSEC in Shanghai, China, which is planned to be closed by 31 March, 2024. There will be no change to the Form, Fit or Function of affected products. Rev 2: Clarification of change description. IMPACT: No change in datasheet parameters or product performance Implementation Date: 10 February, 2024
2025/02/07	PCN(Product Change Notice)	This PCN is being issued to notify customers that in order to assure continuity of supply, Diodes external wafer supplier, Yea Shin Technology Co., Ltd., has qualified new wafer fabrication source in Keelung, Taiwan and will transfer all processes and production from the original Luzhu plant (4-inch or 5-inch diameter wafer) in Taoyuan, Taiwan to the Keelung plant (5-inch or 6-inch diameter wafer) in Keelung, Taiwan for select discrete products listed below. Some products will also change to smaller die size. In addition, TVS products with VRWM ? 17V will be manufactured at the Keelung plant with 5-inch diameter N-type wafers, and 6-inch diameter P-type wafers.

Reel Processing
