Nexperia's Business Group Bipolar Discretes will remove the ""Automotive qualification status
"" for selected parts of its standard portfolio.
At the same time, a new portfolio with Automotive qualified products ""Q-Portfolio"" will be released.
Types of the new Q-Portfolio will be named with ""-Q"" at the end of the type number.
- Impact:
For all parts which are affected by this PCN the AEC-Q101 qualification status will be removed,
and the legal disclaimer of the related data sheets will change to ""not usable for Automotive applications"".
- Planned 1st shipment for the different portfolios:
The changes on standard portfolio will apply from 5th of October 2021 onwards. |
