Change Desc.:Important Update to Allegro Shipping Labels and Documentation

Due to customs regulations of the different countries where Allegro MicroSystems’ integrated circuits are imported, we have revised our labeling and documentation to reflect Country of Diffusion (COD) (also referred to as country of wafer fabrication) and Country of Assembly (COA). This change was made to provide importers of our products with the information necessary to determine and report the Country of Origin in accordance with their country’s rules of origin.

Effective Date:
These new labels will be used for shipments on and after October 1, 2025.
