DAL Support report, legacy UI

This is a demonstration of how to obtain the Support Report file from a device running Digi Accelerated Linux on firmware up to and including 19.8.1.61. This video also includes how to view the contents of the downloaded file. This is relevant to any device running DAL, including 6300, 6310, 6330, 6350, IX14, EX15, EX15W, Connect IT.
