protection series products for general applications. The portable communications, computing and video
equipment markets are challenging the semiconductor industry to develop increasingly smaller electronic
components. Bourns offers Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes for surge and ESD protection
applications, in compact chip package size formats.

 

Each of the series is RoHS compliant*, halogen free**, and aids compliance with the following industry
standards: IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Min. Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge.
