2023/08/23	PCN(Product Change Notice)	1) Assembly site for selected (23x23) and (27x27) PBGA parts are moving from ASE Chungli Taiwan (AET) to ASE Kaohsiung Taiwan (AEG). 2) Change in Die attach material from Ablestik 2100A to Ablestik 2100AC. Reason For Change: ASE Chungli Taiwan (AET) issued a discontinuance notice to ADI to close their 23x23mm and 27x27mm PBGA products assembly by April 2023.

It is a service that connects empty tape to both ends of a tape cut using a special tool, set the reel, and rewind it into the packaged form for delivery. It is made so that it can be set as is to a mounting machine. Processing is available from 100 pieces or more.

Cut tape is a tape cut from an original reel. Cut tape does not contain a leader or trailer.
